In our private Ege Bodrum Dialysis Center; – Ensuring the reporting of undesired events that are threatening the safety of patients and employees, which do not take place at the last moment before they are about to occur. – Watching these events. – As a result of the notifications, the Unwanted Incident Notification System has been established to ensure that the necessary measures are taken for these incidents.

In our institution; Building tours are regularly conducted for the patients, their relatives and employees in order to establish the clinical physical conditions and technical infrastructure that are continuous, safe and easily accessible. The team established by Private Ege Bodrum Dialysis Management has been arranged in a way to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the studies carried out in the dialysis center by considering the departments of the dialysis centers. In building tours, the physical condition and functioning of our dialysis center are identified and necessary improvements are made.

Within the scope of Health Quality Standards (HQS-Dialysis), self-assessment is conducted once a year in our dialysis center.

– Self-assessment team; Clinical Responsible Manager, Financial Affairs Officer, Nursing Services Coordinator, Quality Management Director and Clinical Quality Representatives.

– Self-assessment is conducted once a year.

– The self-assessment plan is prepared to cover all of the chapters in Health Quality Standards – Dialysis.

– Before the self-assessment all those responsible are informed by e-mail about the audit schedule and plan.

While preparing the above text, Health Quality Standards-Dialysis Set prepared by Health Quality and Accreditation Department was used.
